I’ve been developing products in the beauty industry for over a decade. I’m so passionate about building meaningful brands, creating innovative products, and doing it all with systems that streamline work and energize collaboration.

I’m a total science nerd and super detail-oriented. I’m a consultant because I thrive on diverse challenges. I love creating every type of product and every part of the process is important to me, as are the people with whom I work. I have a knack for being able to sort through puzzle pieces of ideas and turn them into the big picture that leads a brand’s vision, strategy, and pipeline.

Plus, I’ve personally founded a brand, so I know the ins and outs, and I have so much compassion for fellow founders. I can lend advice — and simply an ear — as someone who’s been there.
